Veeder fruit is typically reserved for Cab Sauv but the team at Mt. Brave, led by Chris Carpenter (the dude that makes Cardinale, Lakoya and La Jota) pushes this varietal to da max! This full-throttle, hedonistic interpretation of Malbec pushes the limit of “New World”! It conjures feelings of the first time I clicked on Cinemax after 11pm. This requires a Ribeye.

This is an explosive single-vineyard Cab from a farming family on the Silverado Trail planted at the base of Atlas Peak. It’s a cult wine without the popped collar or pretentiousness of Napa. A prime example of the opulent power, bold tannin & rich mouthfeel that only Napa wields! Five generations of responsible and respectful wine-growing are in this glass.

Bethel Union is the newest creation from the team who brought you Chinatowns award-winning pizzeria, J. Dolan’s. For their follow up endeavor, they wanted to create a bistro style trattoria with the contemporary cuisine and culture you could only find in Chinatown.

Previously occupied by Brasserie Du Vin and the old Harbor Lounge, Bethel Union has been newly renovated into a modern and inviting escape. MAIN DINING ROOM

Our indoor, air conditioned dining room seats 38 guests, plus 16 seats at our inviting beechwood bar. A standing cocktail reception can hold up to 75 guests.

PATIO

Party under the stars at our outdoor patio. This charming space offers seated and standing areas for up to 30 guests, perfect for pau hana and cocktail receptions.

LIBRARY
Decades ago it was the backstage of a Chinatown burlesque show. Today, the Library holds up to 25 guests for table service and up to 30 guests for cocktail receptions.
